We have had a fantastic response from you all, downloading the Arbor parent app; over 70% of our guardians have downloaded the app or logged onto the website!

It has, however, been highlighted that when a log is made of a student leaving class to go to the toilet, it is showing as a negative incident. Please rest assured that this shouldn’t happen and a fix is currently being worked on. No points are being deducted from your child’s House Points and no notification texts or emails are being sent to you for this reason.

It is important that we make a record of when a student leaves the class to go to the toilet for various reasons, including safeguarding, fire evacuation, bullying and graffiti.
