If you need to get in contact with your child, please call Reception on 01562 741524 where our Reception team will pass on this message.
Alternatively, students are allowed to contact parents using their mobiles with the Student Support Centre. Please inform your child before school or Reception during the day for this to be arranged.

Students recieve achievement points for positive behaviour, rewarding their leadership, organistion, resilience, initiative and communication.
Students are sanctioned for negative behaviour using behaviour points and a resulting detention, ranging from 10 minutes for a B1 to 90 minutes for a B4. For more information go to our Conduct page.
Baxter College has a centre dedicated to additional needs, referred to as Curriculum Support. The centre is led by Mr Deakin, Coordinator for Additional Needs, who is available to discuss your child’s individual needs and what the school can do to support your child.
We value feedback from our Parent and Carer community, it is essential there is an open and honest dialogue to drive the continuous improvement of Baxter College.

We work in partnership with parents to resolve matters of concern, please contact the reception team via telephone or email who will direct you to the most appropriate team

At Baxter College, we have a cashless payment system where money can be transferred using card via our Parent Pay Portal or using cash within school using our Finger print system.

We do not have any lockers or storage facilities to house student belongings. Students should be responisble for looking after their belongings to ensure that nothing is lost or damaged by others within the school.
Deposits and incremental payments must be paid to our Student Support Centre which will be passed onto our Finance department to process the payment.
